Resources to help you at home in dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic: GEMS PDF Link 2GEMS PDF Link 3

Mindful Pause Presented by Sister Esther Kennedy, OP. In these chaotic times, it is important to take time to stop and become aware of our own breathing to cultivate the quality of patience with ourselves and others. We can remember to trust that our life unfolds in its own unique rhythm, understanding that in patience lies our wisdom and joy. Every time we rest in stillness, like the lotus flower, we are nourished by the deep water of Divine Love. Public Access: Tuesdays and Fridays, beginning April 17. No registration needed. Free and open to all. Video Recordings: https://webercenter.org/mindful-pause

This Prayer Reflection page can help you focus your thoughts and prayers regarding the current health crisis in our world. Please use it and feel free to share with anyone who you think might appreciate some quiet time while staying indoors. – Nancy Mason Bordley
